Paul Manuel's article in the July issue of the Reel News on the subject of determining what a reel grasp is made of is a seminal and important contribution to the hobby.

And in case folks missed my posting from a week or so ago, I put Paul's photos from this article up, in color, on the show & tell portion of the ORCA website under "So What Material is That Reel Grasp?" Worth a look!
