Dennis McNulty has passed away

Post by john elder »

just read on Joes about Dennis passing unexpectedly. We had such a good time with him at the Nationals and i was looking forward to another round of fishing with him in MO. What a loss...he will be missed..

I am very sad to hear this. Dennis was an enthusiastic participant at ORCA Conventions. He was a popular man and he will be missed by many.

Very Sad.
I remember at Ft. Lauderdale he was suffering from gout.

I had just corresponded with him to attend the Nationals. That is a great loss. My prayers are with his family.

Sad, sad day. One of my favorite people. Always a smile, Dennis was a give you the shirt off his back kinda guy. Godspeed my friend you will surely be missed here on earth.

A huge loss to the collecting community. I roomed with Dennis at the NFLCC national several years ago, just a super guy and always willing to help. Rest in peace, Dennis.

I was very sad to hear about Dennis's passing, too. I fished upstream of him in the private water when ORCA met in Buckberry Creek Lodge. He was a real character and really enjoyed himself.
Here are a couple photos from when we held the convention in Florida. Dennis is holding up one of the lunkers he caught on the fishing trip:

My prayers go out to your family. I am sure he will be going to a better place where the fishing is great and heavenly.
