Still drooling

Post by Paul M »

As seen today at the Annual Lockport, NY Antique Fishing Tackle Show- I am sure Joe W will attest how nice these were as he was there too! Nice to meet you in person, Joe!

Oh and relative to the current thread on show security issues, this showcase of awesome reels only had glass on the front side.

The price tags broke my spirit so I came away empty handed.

I also saw a Gentleman Streamliner, a complete Hurd Supercaster with case, some last remnants of Ben Wright's estate, a marked Winchester reel, a few Italian made spinning reels, a flock of half bail spinning reels and an amazing array of lures on display and for sale. What a great little show! This was a much better choice than the simultaneous tackle swap north of the border today. It was worth the extra drive and border crossing "fun".
