Searching for an Engraved Atlapac 6/0

Post by Brian F. »

Looking for this particular Atlapac 6/0 reel. Last I saw of it was maybe 15 plus years ago and have been keeping an eye out for it ever since. It was engraved on the tailplate: "To W.King Thom, Honolulu, Compliments of T.S.Flueger and the enterprice Mfg Co. April 1935". It came with a green and white Pflueger "Repaired Reel" box. The handle knob replaced with a Penn knob. King Thom was the owner of King Sporting Goods, a popular store that I visited a few times in my 20's but it was around long before that. I think maybe an ORCA member or former member may have bought it. Interested in buying it if it's available.

Aloha

Got a spare reel stamped "Pflueger" or a Montague Imperial?
