Anyone see a tournament Meek stamped like this before?

Post by Mike N »

A Meek & Sons No. 4 size with a full cork arbor is rare enough, but the angled maker stamp and the (I assume) free spool release “pin” on the side are rarer still. I saw this reel on eBay and placed a small bid but it will likely go for much more than I’m willing to pay.

This No.4 just sold for a very reasonable $2550. Someone got a very rare tournament casting reel.

None of mine have a diagonal stamp. This reel has a lot of charisma.
Two others liked it as well. Sold for 2550.00.
