Seeking information on a Mitchell 300

I got a pair of Mitchell (Garcia) 300's from a buddy of mine and have been searching the internet to find information on them. One seems to be a typical 300, but the other has a handle different than any other I've found. Instead of the screw release (to fold the handle down) being on the end of the handle it is on the inside. It would be great to get any information on the reel and it's value. Thanks, Jim.
