Browning Silaflex Rod question

I have the Browning Grip/Handle shown in the picture but am unable to identify the rod part nomenclature that inserts into it. Can anyone help me with this?

Butt ferrule.

That would be an obvious assumption unless you were familiar with the handle. It is a complicated ferrule to say the least. I am looking for a part number or nomenclature of some kind.

They were found in mid 60's Browning ads so you need to find a catalog from back then if you want to get more precise: https://www.ebay.com/itm/1966-Vintage-Ad ... 3cf1e2b429

It looks like they were just the upgraded casting rod combo.
