Worst Fishing Advertisement Ever???

Post by Jim Schottenham »

This has got to be a top candidate for the worst ad I've ever seen for a fishing related company....

How many errors can you spot?

Worst Ad Ever

And, it gets better..........

I find that those Hangsayanky Reels work better on backwards. That way you can catch fish coming and going.

They're also money-savers, too, as you don't have to use line with them.

I see a bottle of wine.

They are doing it right as far as I'm concerned.

experience with Chinese-made tackle, particularly fly reels, is they don't fish.
In many cases they can duplicate the look, but don't understand what the function is supposed to be. When a guy working with a China company produced a red-agate fly reel, all the check springs had to be relaxed so they would pay line.

it took years for Zhu's to work out quality issues with cane rods and conventional-styled reels.
Here the drag gear was machining into the reel backplate.
