Don and I just moved to Frankfort, arriving last night. We are retired! A brochure was on our steps this morning that the Meek home is for sale for $295,000. It is aGothic revival style built in1896. 3846 square feet. We toured it during the Frankfort National two years ago. It has operated as a B&B the last 12 years. Congrats, Betty and Don! Somehow, I think the Frankfort snow will be much cleaner than Denver snow! Unfortunately, it is still snow or i would be temped to come find that realtor! Such a charming place!
