Collection Of Carved Wooden Monks

Post by Jonathan P. Kring »

In the early 1990's my wife and I each attended retreats at a monastery in Frakes, Ky. I bought a wooden Monk on the East side of Indpls. as a reminder of the visits. Now have 70 i
n my collection and my son Paul already has 27. Can be kind of addictive like reel collecting.

That's a great collection, Jonathan.

If you're ever in the Pittsburgh area, you have to stay at The Priory Hotel, a former Benedictine Monastery.
