Just got my magazine today. Nice 3 page article on Early Ky. Reel Makers. if you don't subscribe, might want to buy a copy.

Lord knows I've made my share of spelling mistakes when writing articles, but to repeatedly misspell one of the prominent makers in reel history should have been caught. If readers of Bassmaster decide they'd like to have an example, we'll all need to list our old Kentucky reels as "Meek & Milan", not Milam as it should be.

I wonder if that is how Jalouxe got its start?
