Ritz Riviera rods

Anybody on here familiar with or heard of Ritz Riviera Rods? Any clues will be helpful.

A rod designed by Charles Ritz, maybe? He designed rods for French rod builder Pezon et Michel. The "Riviera" model could have been a French connection? He designed both bamboo and fiberglass rods and sometimes a combination of each.
