Nice catch. I tried it once when in Boy Scouts, decided Ice fishing wasn't for me. I'll stick to warm weather. Too cold for us Geezers.

Nice catch! I missed out on the ice last week, and we had unseasonable warmth and several inches of rain since so it'll be a while before I can get out. Looking forward to it though...

Those will make a great fish fry! Gills & perch are a couple of the best!

No no no definitely NOT for me! Went through the ice once never again not to mention I saw couple deer and 2 coyote go through the ice last year! I'll watch. .....
Wanted Ultra rare salt water reels including big game as well as unknown rare surf reels!

Strangely, the best perch ice fishing in the country is currently in Idaho's Cascade Reservoir. New records are made almost every year, and the lake is written up in many outdoor journals. If you want to see some giant perch try this link, or search Cascade Reservoir perch.

Wow! A couple of those would make a great meal for a family. As for ice fishing? Brrrrrrr! Not for me.

I think that miller plug beats my spoon.-------------that started life as a milbern creations candy dish just that shape, just discard the walnut foot,punch 2 holes ,make a ring and add the hook.

nice perch photos guys,here,s my last fish from last winter,haven't been on yet this year.
