Re: WTB: Stripper Guides
Bob,
I believe that is a Pac Bay guide and was sold as a Cabela's (superloy) brand back in the day when they offered rod building supplies. That guide style was commonly included in their fly rod kits - but with a black frame (Model SLCB). Fuji may have made that style guide as well but I can't confirm. This isn't gonna help you securing any of these but may assist in at least finding someone who has some old stock. Yours looks like a gold plated frame with what appears to be a hardloy ring so part code the pac bay guide may be something like SLCG. If you have the SIC ring the code should be SICG. I have a couple of the black framed ones with hardloy ring that look like they are in the 10-12 ring size.
