Chuck...That turned out Great! Polishing by hand is a far more palatable process. The time it takes it worth every minute in the end.

Looks pretty good to me. I took Rick's hint and tried using a buffing wheel on a bench grinder on one until it got jerked from my hand, bent the spool. I think it was luck I didn't get killed. Makes hand polishing sound pretty good. No more power buffing for me.

Buffing wheels are not for the faint of heart. They are strictly for the stupid ones...like me. i.e. Do Not Try This At Home...or in your garage.

Experience is the best Teacher. Now you can tell everyone that you were trapped in a workshop with a flying disk ricocheting off of the walls, ceiling and floor...and...YOU LIVED, to tell the story!
