Thx to 'NY Reels' Steve for the ID. Very faint on headplate: Julius Vom Hofe June 15 8(6?)
lots of chrome loss and some buggered screws but the hard rubber cleaned up nicely with a good oil rub. Straightened the bent handle, foot has a hole on bottom and a stamped #4

Question Steve: Was the "oil rub" the only thing required to turn the brown hard rubber black again? What kind of oil?
