Now that's one he_ _ ..ck of an idea Sanford, I mean Jon. Seriously, though, nice little salvage operation! Can a guy still get those display foot seats? If so, where?

You are talking about the reel clips? Can be purchased from Roger S. Last I knew they were a dollar each. Should be info on this web site. Jon

I saw them displayed and discussed a couple years ago but that link or item no longer exists in the Store, or anywhere else that I can find. I've often wondered what ever happened to them, they're a neat little item.

I believe we officially sold out...we bought up old stock from a fellow that went out of business, so that's all, Folks...I do have a few left if someone is in desperate need.

I wonder if the reel display stands from this company in Japan are any good The very same foot stands on eBay are more expensive. These are $5.13 each + shipping. The shipping may be the largest factor however, I'm not sure.

I'll mention it again. The 3/4" nylon wire supports work great also. Use the supplied nails on one end and substitute small screws for the other end. Cheap too! But they may not work on open face spinning reels. And a larger size would be needed for salt water reels.

Re: Project From Cast Out VHS Tape Cabinet
My old bud "Midway Tommy" sent me an e-mail telling me Rick Heitman basically did this five years ago on a post. As usual I'm a little slow on the uptake. He even sent me a copy of Rick's post. I told him I had not ever seen it of course now that I'm 70, wouldn't remember it if I had!

Actually, I told Jon that Rick stole his idea 5 years ago! Still a neat idea and salvage, Jon.

Nicely done, Jon! You're better off not relying on that crappy ol' glue, anyway.

I was told you had the original idea. I probably wasn't born yet when you made yours. I had never seen yours. Like minds run in the same gutter!!

Re: Project From Cast Out VHS Tape Cabinet
That means there are THREE of us. I appropriated the idea from an even earlier post on ORCA.
