Just thought you all would like to see one of my latest babies. I bought this on good ole EBAY. It was not quite this pretty when I got it, but the usual cleaning made it look pretty good. I had to replace a few brass bolts and make new handles as one was missing and the other was almost in pieces. When I got it apart I found that it is entirely home made including the washers. The bolts and nuts are the only thing not home made. It is just over 9" wide, 10" tall and the spool is a little over an inch wide! A reel monster! Pun intended. It has a clicker gear that is hand cut and works very well. The back lock nut allows the clicker to slide up and engage or disengage. A nice simple yet functional outfit. Hope you enjoy! The Martin tuna can is for size reference.
A little roller!
