Hey Rick,

Does this happen often in your neighborhood :?:

I am having a hard time trying to figure out whether the fisherman are on the runway or the aircraft is on the fishing grounds.

MERRY CHRISTMAS

I was fishing once with a buddy at Lake Holcombe in Wisconsin when one of the SAC bombers came directly over us at tree top level. One of those big babys with about 8 turbo-prop engines. It was almost that bad.

LOL...Ya, it takes awhile to settle the nerves after one of those fly-bys. I had a couple of A-6 Prowlers sneek up on me while I was out hunting one year. Sittin' there peacefully watching over a lower hillside from an out-cropping...when the boys from Whidbey Island decided to do some training runs.

Those boys came screaming up the valley floor at about 7-800 feet chasing one another. Ya don't hear 'em until they are almost on top of you and about then they're dipping over a saddle between peaks and gone! I think those boys call 'em "fish the pants parties". Geez!
