Just back again from a wonderful week on the Driva river in Norway, together with my father and my son.
This river and the surroundings most be close to paradise.
Hope you will enjoy the pictures
View from the mountain Down on the river
The cottage we had for the week.
View from the cottage to the house pool.
My son is ready to start, so lets go
Waiting for the salmon to come through the fast Water
Trying to find the right lure for the salmon
Water is rising after 2 days with heavy rain, hopefully the salmon will soon arrive
My father and my son resting and having their lunch
And Again they are resting thought we were here to fish
Wading in the clear Water
Still trying to get the salmon on the hook
I'm trying to make the perfect cast out to the salmon
Some Pictures from the water
The sun is looking through the clouds
The team: (left to right) me, my son and my father
Preparing the barbecue, we are hungry fishermen
Fishing came to the end, the last day arrived, but the whisky bottle is not empty
Best

Beautiful jacob, fish or no!
Did you let your son fish a bogdan? Ya gotta get them hooked early!

Just great, thank you. Each year we go to the TX gulf coast for a week and I get to fish with my son, my brother, and my youngest (17 this year) grandson. It is a wonderful feeling.

We did not catch any fish, we are no threat to the salmon
I think next year when my son is 11 years old, it is time to fish a Bogdan , but I have to show him how to fish the double handed flyrod first.
It is a very nice time we have together and I look foreward to the next 3 generation trip
It is indeed a wonderful feeling.

Beautiful scenery, nice family and my usual kind of fishing. (No fish) Catching is a bonus, just going and being in the outdoors is the best. Sure is pretty country over there.

Yes the fish is the bonus - but I soon need to get the bonus
I'm travelling to Norway in 3 weeks again, so hopefully I can show a picture with a salmon.
