Need Help with a Blue Marlin Sculpture / Trophy

This sculpture belongs to a friend, though I do covet it. It may have been bought, it may have been given as a prize in a fishing tournament. Does anyone recognize the style, or can you read or recognize the signature? Any other information? He beliveves it to be bronze, and says it is quite heavy. It is numbered, 39 of 200. 11 inches tall.

Any information on this sculpture, the artist, or help finding the value and information, would be appreciated. Thanks, Jeff

Still can't read the name, and haven't found any information on the artist. Any ideas? Help!
