Radius 300 Caster

Cleaned out my father in laws garage last night. Found an Radius 300 Caster in original case. (It says 23 SEK in hand writing)

Could this item make anyone happy.

I fish, I dont collect reels. Thaty sounded bad - wasnt intended that way.
