It does look like a few DAM reels that I have seen in the past.

Its a Norwegian reel made by Hans Thaulow. They show up on Tradera once year. Pretty rare...

My pleasure. I bid on one of these last Summer on Tradera and recalled that the "Reelmaster" was just the model name...but darned if I could remember the manufacturer. I knew it was Nordic..so I started going back on my Nordic links...and viola~ there it was.
