Testing - Anybody Out There?

Post by Brian F. »

Just finding it unusual that I'm not seeing any new posts since yesterday. I know we are still getting the internal server error messages so looking into that. If you encounter them, hit the refresh or go back and resubmit.

Brian, Yes the “server error” still rears it’s ugly head and the refresh button solves the problem. If it’s any consolation, I have been getting the same issue on several web sites including eBay! I thought for a while that I had the problem on my IPad, maybe an infection? But I’m starting to think otherwise,,,, maybe a government conspiracy?

Our IT contractor needs to repair this ASAP or we we need to find a tech company who can. It’s beyond annoying and defeats the purpose of more Google-referred traffic to orcaonline, which is one primary reason to go to a secured “https” website in the first place.

DreamCare is definitely working on the issue. Settings were changed again today. They thought they had it fixed but I saw another error and reported it. At least we are functional, secure and have not lost anything so progress is being made. Thanks for your continued patience.

Considering the alternatives we've been faced with in the past, being functional, secure and having not lost anything is totally awesome! I think the Dreamhost Admin support so far has been the best we've had in my experience and think they are doing a great job. Least of which that credit also goes to a bunch of guys and gals, including Paul, that have stepped up in a huge way to get us to this point.
