If I hosted (with board approval) an ORCA Regional meet in Pittsburgh and perhaps got a former NFLCC National host and the NFLCC to co-sponsorwhat would be a good time of year for you to attend?
There’s a lot of vintage tackle in attics around the Three Rivers begging to be discovered. I picked up two rare Kentucky reels at a room-trading-only NFLCC Show sponsored near Pittsburgh two years ago.
1. The week before Thanksgiving in November?
2. March/April after I’m sure weather conditions wouldn’t affect travel?
I’ll put the effort in if we get some feedback on this.

I like early April. I did a quick search and don't see any conflicts of note. Weather would be OK I think. I would attend.

Being from upstate New York, I am quite familiar with the northeast weather. Summer runs from mid July to mid August. Any other time it could snow! Springish would be a better time. Early April is opening of trout season and everyone’s thoughts are about fishing. Probably the best time.

I would attend. I think a few weeks before trout season ( early April) would 1- be a cure for cabin fever and 2- expose a lot of folks to ORCA.After the excellent Tulsa show it will be a feather in our clubs respective hat if we could find some sponsor- perhaps a tackle distributor or small local lure makers.
you can tune a piano, but you can't tuna fish.

There is an NFLCC show in Andover, MA, in early April.
Probably best not to conflict with that.
