I saw a show that said there has been 6200 deaths this year attributed to cell phone usage/misusage. Isn’t it time for a few “common sense” cell phone laws? Let’s leave fishing and “other” things alone! I think fish are doing fine!

It seems the mantra is when there is a good fishing year the regulators are geniuses, bad year, bad people overfishing. I've never heard a peep about the natural ebb and flow of the species. One year my lawn will be loaded with rabbits with not a fox in sight, then a few years later some foxes around, not so many rabbits anymore. Some things aren't broken simply because they don't adhere to a ridged quota system.
