I'd say it's a Columbian No. 65, probably made for some other company that used sticker decals. Most Columbian reels have raised lettering with the # on the non-handle side but yours looks like it fits the #65 to a T.

Yep- I think it's a Colombian also.
you can tune a piano,but you can't tuna fish.
