Hendryx to Winchester History

I was interested in nailing down the date when Winchester acquired the Hendryx Co. Below is an excerpt from their securities filing from 1921 listed in "Moodys Manual of Railroads and Corporation Securities". Their factory had a slowdown after World War I and they were interested in new business.
