There's a hint of a Good Luck stamp just above the right hand. Cozzones had decals to ID themselves. All Sommer Faucet, anyway.

Funny, it doesn't look like an Ashaway Ohio Tool Company reel with the pre-WWII Native American (along with other world cultures over the millennium) good luck swastika logo?
