Once you've figured out how to post photos your best course of action to find an approximate current value would be to follow the instructions in #1 of this tutorial.
Love those Open Face Spinning Reels! (Especially ABU & ABU/Zebco)

Re: VINTAGE FISHING REEL
The reel is a fairly plain style star back Nottingham winch with on/off click. Lots of companies made these up to the 1920’s. The maker/retailer clues include the knurling on the hub area metal, the shape of the scuff plates under the handles, the shape of the clicker switch and the grooves in the backplate. There were many possible makers including Slater, Heaton, Allcock, and a plethora of others. The main issue with your specimen is the damaged horn grasps.

Re: VINTAGE FISHING REEL
Go to ebay search and type in “wood fishing reel”, then ask for “sold” items only and browse for similar reels. That will tell you what the market for them is doing. DO NOT plan a cruise off the money!

One in quartersawn white oak would be a sight to behold. Those reels are like fine furniture IMO. Some older ones are Brazilian rosewood. Can't get that stuff any more.
