My Ted Williams Inc. Reel Collection

Post by Teal »

They're posting photos on Joe's of favorite collections, here's one I've never shared. It's my Ted Williams Inc. collection, I've got some not shown here including the spincasting reel in the box. That and the baitcaster in the box are tough finds. Have two catalogs too.

Looking for a 400 and 401 in the box if anyone has a lead, and any TWI Inc. materials or reels I don't have. Lots of traders.

Whoa, Dr. Todd, that is a very cool assemblage. I was hoping you were looking for a Model 406 as an homage to “Teddy Ballgame’s” batting average in 1941. Well done, indeed.

Now that's an impressive collection. It must feel like Ted is always looking at you and asking you to complete his collection of reels.

I just noticed this John Etchieson blog post. The spool would look nice in that display, Dr. Todd.
