From henceforth it will be a misdemeanor offence punishable by insult to use the term "on a fixed income" to refer to geezers on SS.
BS! Ninety percent of Americans are on a fixed income! If you work for an hourly wage or if you are salaried, you are on a fixed income. These categories of people do not get raises every year, sometime not for years on end! As to us geezers on SS we get a cost of living kick every year. Dumb expression and a poor excuse used by old goats to try to weasel out of everything from paying market price for anything to donating to anything.
