Wanted Handle for Penn Senator 115 Gen 1

Hi Members
I am a very new member to the Orca Community,have been a regular reader for some time now.
Reside in Aussie and have been collecting American made vintage reels for only a few years and have a tremendous amount to learn.
I would very much like to contact any member that may have a handle for an early model Penn Senator 115.
the pear shaped Catalin Resin one that they may consider selling.
Probably a real longshot,however I suppose there is no harm in asking.
I am amazed at the vast amount of knowledge that can be sourced from Orca members and this has assisted me greatly in my sourcing and decision making.

What I have learned about the handle you seek is that they were often swapped out for the torpedo handles when they became available from Penn in 39, as the new style was much more user friendly with an angry tuna on the other end of the string. My grandfather did it with his first year 12/0, with that pear now long lost. Good luck but, agreed, a very longshot for the pear, I've been looking for a more common torpedo grip pre 50's unnumbered 9/0 handle, that so far has been in vain.
