Just a heads up to let people who may be interested in this early bit of angling history..
The February Angling Marketplace will be selling a catalog/price list (original) from 1878 on my behalf. It is truly the earliest piece of angling info of this kind I have ever run across. I was asked to post photos here ... These are the only 2 currently that I have but if there is interest will add more. (Front and rear cover)
The internal is all lists of items and pricing, from lines, hooks, reels, floats and of course rods etc
