Ocean City Inductor

Post by Araye50 »

Acquired a salvageable OC Inductor that I'd like to try to make whole again. Has anybody got any parts for these magnet laden classics? I knew it was missing the cap over the bearing adjustment on the back plate, but was disappointed to find that the all important 'induction disc' was also missing. Otherwise its a nice reel. Besides wanting to find these parts I'd also like to ask what link GE had with these reels? There appears to be a small tradtional GE trademark inside the Bakelite back plate! Should have used a magnifyer, my eyes might have deceived me.
