flylutz...Maybe this will help. Bill Land did a write-up on the 2008 Convention, which identifies a Model 778 Prototype. See the following link, the reel you ask about is the 3rd from the bottom on this page...

I guessing that you need the Bent wire swiveling "line guide" for one of these reels?

Hey Rick. I worked hard taking those photos and doing that writeup. And it wasn't 2008. It was not a well attended event, for the convention was the day after 9/11/2001
