Another Practice Run on German Silver

Post by Rick H »

Here's an OC Freespool / German Silver / 300 Yd. Some turn out better than anothers. This one...so-so.

LOL...some might say, OC's can't be cleaned up.

LOOking good, Rick! OC is still the most under-rated line or reels, next to Meisselbach. To their credit, they are generally in pretty rough shape because they got used...a lot! the early GS reels are winners and look pretty nice, with a bit of effort!

Thanks John...if nothin' else, they're great to practice on. By the way, I just sent you an email...I'm a bit slow sometimes. Took me until just now to figure out your USAReels line.

Nice job. That green stuff can be tough to deal with and sometimes looks better green than clean ...but not this time!

Dean.
