The big narrow one is so cool looking, but they're all beautiful!

I normally do not say "Oh My", when I see a post, I said it out loud twice, when I saw the Deally Reels. Very Nice !! John

As my son would say, "I hate you". If you are not a student of millennial culture, you cannot understand the comment, so just pass.

Jay,
Those are really impressive! How many Deally large reels are known to exist?

Hi David, This is the only #12 that I am aware. As for the #7 and #10, I don't know, but there can't be many. I like all Deallys regardless of size!!

I love the reels, but the wooden box they’re displayed on is pretty daggone nice, too.

Hi Mike, Good eye! The box is English, circa 1830. It is a Liquor box, with 4 hand blown decanters and 4 drinking glasses inside. Oddly enough, it is engraved in brass on the lid Mrs. Sage. Wouldn't it be ironic if it belonged to the Kentucky 'Sages". My mother loved English antiques and this belonged to her.
