Had a rather exotic dinner tonight...Splake

I drove up to Copper Harbor on lake superior today about 45 miles north or Houghton and did a little jigging for trout and i came home with these three. They're splake which are a hybrid between a male brook trout and a female lake trout. Baked these for around 40 mins and i gotta say they were great.
