Only One Sorta Unusual Shakespeare Reel Left!

Sorta Unusual Shakespeare Reels?

Image

OK, so it’s time to start fund raising for the 2011 ORCA Nationals. Here is my first offering:

The aluminum and German silver Classic (ca 1926) is I believe the first model with the #1972 style number. This example has some finish issues but otherwise seems to be in good shape. Unless these are more common than I think, I’m expecting $40, shipped.

Second, Third and Fourth offering found new Homes!

OK – anyone else want to help me sell my way to Reel Summer Camp? Email offers take precedence.

Well Rick, Thanks for the quick response - makes me think I could have probably gotten $47 or $48 bucks. Thanks for helping my summer camp plans - details are in the email.

Len - The handle on your Tournament is the correct one. It is made of aluminum and has rivets rather than screws. Thei is the first style tournament reel Shakespeare made. It has NO model number. I paid $75 for mine.

Received the reel today. I can only give you the same complaint I gave Robert Ellis when I received one of his reels...It's too darn nice, there's nothing for me to do to it!

Thanks for a nice reel, and that drag is funky...turns the wrong way!
