Cabin Fever......

Post by Rick H »

Just some thoughts and facts...
(feel free to add on)

Why does every kitchen have a "Junk Drawer"?

"Watch for Falling Rock" ...ever seen any?

"Slippery When Wet" ...no kidding?! (MIT Grad)

In the USA a toilet flushes counter clock-wise.
In Australia they flush clock-wise! Who's backward?

In England a cookie is a biscut and a biscut is a cookie! (okay, that's backward!)

Y2K was REAL...look at your zipper!

If you leave a goldfish in a dark room, it’ll turn white.

Polar bears aren't white, they are black.

More money is printed for Monopoly, than for US Treasury every DAY!

The 57 on Heinz ketchup bottles, represents the number of varieties of pickles the company once had. What's up with that?!

1 in 5,000 north Atlantic lobsters are born bright blue.

A can of spam is opened every 4 seconds. SPAM is an Hawiian staple...very popular!

Bats always turn left when exiting a cave.

The only two animals that can see directly behind themselves without turning their head, are the rabbit and the parrot. And mothers.
- OOPS, merde might have just hit the bladed air pushing device -

Comments on two items:

Have seen falling rock on a road, but there was no sign there warning of such.

Do bats turn right leaving caves in Australia?

why is it that garage salers make signs with the address and arrow so small you'd have to stop the car in the street to read it? ...and why am I invariably in the wrong lane when I'm finally close enough to see the arrow? ...and why is the arrow ALWAYS pointing in the wrong direction for the lane I'm in?
