for considerable artistic license...since I can't seem to outbid my buddy shoalwater :-[, I'll just keep making my own... :D This is a 6/0 size, pre-drag, with working anti-reverse and spool...rest is cosmetic. Made from cocobolo, ash, alder, padauk, and a little of everything else lying around the shop.

Verrry Nice, John. I think the vH's would be quite flattered. Now if the real thing had the color of those plates...ooooh. Now all you need to add to the collection is a monster Kovalovsky or one of those huge cradle reels.
