Wonderful "L. Levy, Maker, NY" Reel by Montague FS

Wonderful "L. Levy, Maker, NY" large German silver and hard rubber reel is in excellent, as-found, uncleaned condition. The bottom of the reel is stamped 6012 which shows up in the 1904 Montague City Rod Company catalog as a 450 yard reel. It cost $25 back then. The click is strong and the reel turns smoothly. The hard rubber looks as shiny as the day it was sold and shows no oxidation. It measures 4 3/8 inches in diameter.
