Bob...just below the message window, you will see the orange letters "upload attachment" and just below that a white "choose file" button...hit that one and it will take you to your desktop and you just click on your pic and it will upload when you "submit". About the only trick is that you need to get the size down to reasonable...250-500kb works fine...if you see "mb" in the pic description, it's waaay too big!
