Hi Rick,

Sounds great - enjoy the time you will get now to find more reels for your collection.

Damn, I still have to work 30 years before I can retire :bash:

Best

Congratulations on finally making it. Now you're in the same club with us other old f - - ts. I officialy retired in mid-February 1999 but my last day of work was Christmas 1998. I had enough vacation time due to coast that long. I'll be 72 this month. I forgot to add: Get rid of any pets you don't plan to take with you when you leave home, find a reliable landscaper to take care of your yard work at a momemts notice and hire someone to do housework for your wife. Then you can leave home whenever you get the urge or go fishing or whatever.

I retired Don...but I still have a BOSS. THAT makes me...the pet sitter, the landscaper AND the housekeeper. :bash:

Well done Rick. A wise choice for sure. May your new life be pleasant and lengthy.

I was also fortunate to be able to retire early (at 55), and although the pension is smaller, the additional years are priceless. Enjoy them.

P.S.

The Kelso meet was another winner. Hope to see you there in the fall.
