It looks like just a basic old baitcaster reel. Nothing fancy or German Silver, (at least I dont think) There is one pictured in Luckeys 5th ed. on page 63 in the upper left hand corner. I dont have to have a perfect one either.

These are very uncommon, we have a rough pic of one in our website, look under Trade Reels and scroll all the way down to United States, it belongs to Jon Kring I think ? and Welcome to the club !
