Robert and I just received the following question/statement on ebay about the EVH box:
Not one of a kind, I have seen about a dozen of these over my years of collecting. In fact there is one pictured on the cover of Lang's March 97 catalog. It is a rare box indeed.

It's interesting that Ted Bingham never had one to put in his EVH book...I would not allow anyone to downplay the value on this one.
