Continuing on my Want List of Canadian Reels is an Eckmier Fly Reel. The reel is shown on page 22 of Richard Lodge's excellent book on Skeleton Reels.
As was the case at the Wisconsin ORCA Meet last year, I will be hunting for the reel at the ORCA Meet in New York State this month.
Any help will be appreciated.

I went to the CAFTA show in Belleville today. I did not see any Eckmier reels but there were several Sands fly reels. I picked the best one in the room. I saw several aluminum Canadian made fly reels including a Coates.
