Re: WTB - Heddon Rod Handle
I've got a Heddon Pal rod that has a pretty nice handle. Is a steel #3151-5-L rod that is in good shape other than someone replaced the guide wrappings with black electrical tape... Haven't got around to rectifying that. The cork is complete (but a bit dirty) and the walnut could be refished easily to look better.

Can you send me some pictures and how much you want for it. I am just interested in the handle.
Thanks!

Cork rod handles look like new after they have been cleaned with Dawn dishwashing detergent under running warm water.

Thanks Don...I've cleaned some old bamboo fly rod grips that way. My wife had some cork preservative she bought at a shoe store. I give them a once-over with that when I'm done and the cork looks like new.
