A&F marked fly reel by L.W. Holmes/ NEW price

Fairly scarce Holmes H-4 Special marked on the back Abercrombie and Fitch New York. This is a well made reel by L.W. Holmes of Oronoque, Conn., who made fly and salmon reels from after WWII until he died in the early 1950s. Reel favors RHW but works fine in left-hand, too. Overall very good condition for fishing or collecting. Spool is 2 3/4" wide and 3/4" across. Three day inspection period.
